Great location! Free shuttle to and from the airport, walking distance to the beach, cafe and restaurants. Trails nearby. Taxis on premises. Staff are super friendly and speak English. Definitely would stay again.5

A wonderful hotel where I lived unforgettable beautiful moments, a nice atmosphere and a picturesque beach, but I surprised that last night I found a terrifying giant spider on the wall and told the reception and they treated me professionally, but upon checking I told the manager what I found, and he told me that the Pepsi fee I used with 2200krw from the mini-bar became free! I refused this strange compensation.5

A massive hotel with huge rooms and grounds. The food layout for breakfast is the most extensive and huge range I have ever seen. And the quality is excellent.5

Big Vegas style hotel in the south west of Jeju island. It's easier to get around from there by car. But there's plenty to do in the immediate area as well (walk to the ocean & go left). Watch out tho EVERYTHING shuts down by 9:30.4

The service at the hotel is excellent. Every staff member is friendly, professional helpful and makes you feel welcome. My only complaints are about the rooms and common areas... very clean but in need of serious updating. The furniture and decor are dated, the carpeting is worn and dirty, and not sure why the hotel skimps on towels (not enough and no washcloths provided at all!).
