i think this hotel is still new, a bit confusing at first to find the entrannce ( i’m foreigner & i went there with taxi who cannot speak english) . But once you go up and find the lobby, you’ll feel the modern-neat-masculine ambiance and it goes with the room as well. they also provided me
with an information page in english 👌🏼

Rooms are super clean and looks very new still. Has it's own mall but some of the stalls are empty or no shops renting. Can be empty on weekends. Overall, good stay.

This place was great. So new. So clean. They have a really good indoor pool and a nice reservation system where it doesn't get too crowded. The hotel is part of a little mall, so there are plenty of restaurants, stores and other things to do. They even have a movie theater. The rooms are clean and the breakfasts alright. The only problem is there's not much else in the area besides the mall and hotel.

Here for business of which this hotel is perfect for. It has a very inexpensive meeting room with free access to coffee etc. as a tourist then the location to Lotte World isn’t too bad by taxi. if you are an international visitor like myself then this is a little out the way as it’s a good 30min walk to the subway Pangyo, Pangyo itself has much to offer and has more life to it in the evening so I would advise staying there if being south of Seoul is a must. A Taxi to Seoul centre from here costs 17GBP, so not bad if you are sharing with more than one. Traffic is heavy so avoid the peak travel, pollution is I think gotten worse as I don’t recall the smell of exhaust fumes from 6years ago. Public transport is the only place you currently need a mask and I’d advise getting a tourist transport card as using the self serve ticket machines tricky. Seoul tower is a must, sunset is a good time to go up and there is a cable car to ease the journey for the majority of the route, sadly the viewing platform glass is very dirty with pollution that photography/looking out is blurred. Breakfast at the hotel is well equipped, coffee is a bit thin and the cooked breakfast can be hit or miss from being fresh to being stale but overall it’s a good breakfast and the staff are very pleasant, though cleaning the windows would be a transformation. Possibly with covid the acceptance of cash sales feels more limiting so if you do get Per Diems then I’d look at loading your Monzo card before or getting the cash onto a pre payment card.
