I really like this location. The hotel is in the center of Myeongdong walk street. You can shopping then back to hotel easily and you can find the good restaurant around this area. So many food you can eat all night. A staff very friendly and helpful. I come to the hotel early and they help me to early check in. I'm so impressed and will definitely go back. Worth it in this price 😘

Located about 80 m to Myeongdong Cathedral Church. There is an Olive Young Flagship stop directly opposite this hotel. Though located about 300 to either stations... no complaints as the hotel has everything you need.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Overall a positive experience.
What we liked:
1) Location was perfect. Just two stops away from seoul station and near two subway stations (myeongdong and eujiro-il(1)ga stations. Getting to and from the location was a breeze. The area has numerous food and dining options, including street food.
2) the service was top notch. The staff were kind, courteous and helpful.
3) Room amenities: the room had all the amenities including dental kits, coffee, tea and water. The rooms were squeaky clean as well.
What we did not like:
1) room size was very small. It did not have a closet and barely any room to maneuver in the room. All walls were built of dry wall, so poor soundproofing.
Overall we had a pleasant stay. Would stay here again if we visit Seoul again.

This is a small, very basic, relatively clean hotel right in the midst of Myeongdong. It’s a great location for walking to sights and for accessing trains to go farther out. At night, though, when the street to the hotel is filled with people at the food and souvenir stands, it’s slow-going getting back to the entrance. Also, the entrance to the hotel is very small and can be easily missed. Do note the surrounding buildings so to not get lost. There are two elevators going up to the top-floor lobby and getting to the room floors is secured by key card tap access. The lobby on the top floor is very nice, large and equipped with tables and comfy chairs, inviting for hanging out, eating food brought in or charging devices at the long table with outlets. It also has an espresso machine, ice-maker and microwave. There’s a washroom and coin laundry room there as well. The check-in is easy via one of the lobby machines and check-out can be done from your room. Getting to the room floors is via room card tap, so it’s secure. The desk staff is friendly and capable. The manager, Mr. Lawrence Kim, was very attentive to solve my problem of a very strong smell in my room which was probably caused by the leaking shower water out to the washroom floor and build-up of mold. He eventually moved me to another room. The room, although very small, had all the amenities I needed. The cleaning staff should be better vetted as I definitely had a crystal nail file missing from my makeup bag. Do secure all your possessions! Overall, I don’t feel that this hotel was good value for the money I spent: $165/n CAD. My trip was mid-May. I would give it 2.5 stars.
