For the price I paid, this was absolutely worth the money. The room was small but clean. The bed and bedding were really comfortable!
I didn't have breakfast there but there are restaurants all around and the market on the doorstep was really cool.
There is a kettle in the room and daily housekeeping, with a bottle of water in the fridge daily. The bathroom is typical Korean style - a wet room and only small towels. Shower pressure was great.
The front desk staff speak very good English and were helpful with any questions I had.5

Definitely a reasonable and budget friendly room during the off season. Concept behind the hotel is smaller rooms to minimize cost. You have all the amenities you need in the room so the smaller square footage shouldn't be missed because you are supposed to be out enjoying all that this location has to offer.5

Friendly, professional and helpful staff, very clean rooms with big windows and great views, practical shared spaces (place to eat, laundry basement), rooms are small but conveniently organised.4

This hotel really lives up to its slogan- "Why pay more? Enough is good." Very affordable and value for money hotel located just right beside the Seogwipo market with many food options within walking distance. Commercial standard self service laundry available for use. Credit card payment is accepted. Room may be a little small but it is adequate for short stay. It is the only hotel in Korea which provides us with toothbrush during our 11 days trip.
2 downsides:
*Carpark slot is limited but there is free parking from 9am - 8pm at Joogang public parking building which is a short 3-5 mins walk away. Parking is usually available in the hotel when we drive back in the morning around 9am.
*Room is fairly small and there is no bedside table to put your phone, skincare and spectacles for convenient access.
