• Stayed one night (between 18/10 & 19/10).
• Dormitory room. One bed. Lower Deck. (WON20,000/bed/night)
⦿ Not difficult to pin-point location using Google map (NOT Kakao map).

1. Free & easy. In terms of, easy self checkout. No deposit required.
2. Free to use kitchen.
3. Water dispenser available at the kitchen.
4. Strong WiFi connection.
5. Basic facilities provided.
6. Spick and span in common area.

1. Accommodation pricing is crazy and it fluctuates daily/hourly. Sometimes, it is affordable but it can get expensive!
2. Pricing (bed/night) is a little expensive for the location but that's alright.
3. Not allowed to check-in early despite there was two people in the dormitory. That was a big minus point.
4. No key/card/password given. Which means, any stranger able to creep in.
5. The French housekeeper chambermaid neither accommodating nor informative (一问三不知).
6. Personally, I dislike climbing up & down dark stairs during cold night. (eg toilet at 3rd level occupied, I have to go 2nd level)
Generally, it is still worth staying. The value of the accommdation was what I paid for. Neither do I expect high standard nor 5-star rating hotel.

The price of this hostel is the biggest reason to choose. Hause guesthouse is the cheapest in Seoul. However, the price goes higher when in weekend. Reckon because it's near Itaewon where is hot in weekend.
Everything was good, I just didn't enjoy two things.
1st, cold in daytime.
2nd, there's no place to have a rest except bed-the lounge(kitchen) is too small.
Think it's good to have a sleep only.
BTW, there's no concierge in this hostel cause of the COVID-19 virus, they just helped me to self-check in.
