À propos

  • Le owner, avec plus de 20 ans d'expérience, taille et grille la viande personnellement. Tout est fait à la main, hand-cut and hand-grilled.
  • Contrairement à la plupart des endroits qui utilisent des briquettes de charbon standard, Cheonggiwa Galbi dispose d'une zone de grillage au charbon séparée et insiste pour n'utiliser que Korean oak charcoal de haute qualité.
  • Ils utilisent du porc frais (truie) classé 1+ et plus, ainsi que du hanwoo de première qualité. Comme la qualité de la viande est excellente, il n'y a pas besoin d'un affinage supplémentaire.
  • Leur signature est un light, dye-free seasoning. Pour faire ressortir la saveur naturelle de la viande, la marinade n'est pas trop forte, donc la viande ne brûle pas facilement et elle n'est pas trop sucrée ni trop salée. Délicieux et sain.
  • C'est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de Hongik Univ. Station. Situé au premier étage, un autre grand avantage est que par beau temps vous pouvez profiter de votre repas sur la terrace avec une ambiance ouverte et aérienne.
