2024 South Korea begins

Hello, I'm Yutamu!
I went to Seoul for the first time in 2024!
This time it's my first time to ride on a plane, LCC's AIR Busan. The plane tickets for the end of the year were ridiculously expensive everywhere...I chose LCC, but it was still considerably more expensive than usual...
Hand luggage was also not available, so this time I only brought one immigrant bag on board! But this is super convenient. It has wheels underneath so you can roll it around, and on the way back, it's OK to check it in after opening it up! I brought the minimum necessary on the way there as carry-on luggage, and on the way back, I spread it out and packed it full of souvenirs as checked baggage♪
In Korea, I went to a jjimjilbang(찜질방) for the first time in a long time (I tried staying overnight for the first time!)
I tried eating Sundae(순대) for the first time (it wasn't so bad, but I still don't think I like it that much~)
This is also experiencing skin management for the first time.
I went to the usual shops, but this time I think it was a trip with lots of new experiences!
Clothing, I wore such a serious down, but when I arrived it was about 2 degrees Celsius even at night. It didn't feel that cold, so I thought I might not have needed the down..? But on the third day of my stay, the temperature suddenly dropped and it was below freezing..!
On this day, it was snowing, and at one point, it was even blizzarding (lol). Without a down jacket, you couldn't walk outside, and even with the hood on, the wind hitting your face was too painful. So, I had to get some hand warmers at the convenience store!
But still, eating hot pot in the cold is the best...!! This, this is what I wanted to taste, so I came all the way to cold Seoul for this.
At night, we had a chicken party in the hotel room..
Eating bungeoppang (붕어빵) at the outdoor stall while saying it's cold, cold was also the best..!
Finally, I even cheekily ate gimbap in the AREX.
When we arrived, it was late at night and there were only local trains, so I couldn't eat the kimbap that I was supposed to eat on the train, but on the way back, I was able to ride the AREX that I had reserved in advance, so I could leisurely eat with plenty of time!
This year was the first trip to Korea earlier than planned on a whim, but I hope I can come to Korea a lot in 2024 too! I still love Korea this year♡ (The photo is the sunset seen from the airplane on the way back)
