Abijou Hongdae aesthetic medical experience

I was already planning a trip to Korea. Although I hadn’t planned to get medical aesthetic treatments, when I learned that Korea’s medical aesthetic tax refunds are only available until this year (it seems they’re considering extending it until 2028), and I happened to see a seminar co-hosted by Creatrip and Abijou, I decided to attend and see what it was about. The evaluation that day was done by the director from Myeongdong, but because we were staying in Hongdae, we ultimately booked the Hongdae clinic.
On 10/20 we were attended by Consulting Room Chief Yeon Ji (a bit like celebrity Yao Yao), and the translator Hye Ji (has worked in Taiwan for ten years; her Chinese has a very Taiwanese flavor).

Although we had a brief consultation in Taiwan, at that time it was with the director of the Myeongdong clinic, and because we wanted to review the procedures and prices, after checking in the receptionist took us to use a skin-analysis machine and then the head consultant reevaluated us.

After discussion and evaluation with the consulting director, the planned procedure is:
(1) Aqua Peel
(2) Titanium 80kj+ Onda 40,000 rounds
(3) Eye Thermage 450 shots
(4) Juvelook Skin 3cc
(5) Stem cells 60cc + plasma infusion service
(6) skin booster injection
(7) Submandibular gland botulinum toxin 50U

Total KRW 4,780,940; tax refund KRW 360,000
Although I didn't do thorough research, it should still be a better deal compared to Taiwan. The Hongdae clinic is bright and clean; the head consultant and the translator were patient and professional. The doctor who performed the procedures was quick and precise, but some treatments were really painful and made me cry a lot. Overall I'm satisfied. As for results so far (less than a week after the procedures), only my jawline is noticeably different; other changes aren't visible yet.
