3-year later summer vacation Korean trip for 11 days (Seoul~Busan~Chuncheon)

This trip to South Korea is the first trip after a 3-year interval, the last time was in 2019 to Busan, Incheon and Yeoju to see the cherry blossoms. This time it is hot and raining in the summer. We decided to go swimming in Socheongdo early in the morning. Because there are too many people going to Socheongdo during the summer holidays, we decided to buy train tickets from Seoul to Socheongdo on the official CREATRIP website.
The first day, take a flight from Hong Kong to Incheon Airport. Arrive in Incheon at 9:30 pm and take the metro directly to the hotel.
The second day, first we went to Anguk station to have chicken ramen soup. After that, we went to visit the Blue House (Cheong Wa Dae), then we went to Myeongdong to change money. After lunch, we went to the Yeouido Island shopping center for a while, and then we went to Widaoreum for dinner. Tomorrow morning, we will take the subway to the bus station to catch the bus to Sogcho.
El tercer día, llegamos a la estación de autobuses a las 7:30 de la mañana. Primero fuimos a comprar sándwiches y luego tomamos un autobús a Soko. Llegamos a Soko alrededor de las 11:30. Primero fuimos al hotel para dejar nuestro equipaje, luego tomamos un autobús al Mercado Central para dar un paseo y comimos arroz con chuleta de cerdo. Después de eso, continuamos a la estación de autobuses para comprar boletos a Chuncheon y luego fuimos al Pabellón Lingqin. Después, regresamos al hotel para cambiarnos de ropa y fuimos a la playa a jugar en el agua. Inicialmente queríamos comer mariscos a la parrilla, pero terminamos encontrando un restaurante de yakitori cercano para cenar.
El cuarto día, después de desayunar en BURGER KING, tomamos un autobús a Mount Seoraksan y tomamos un teleférico hasta la cima. Estaba nublado y lluvioso ese día, así que no pudimos ver el paisaje desde la cumbre. Sin embargo, la niebla lo hizo bastante hermoso. Luego regresamos al Central Market para tomar morcilla, calamares, camarones fritos y otras delicias. También hicimos fila para comprar algunos pasteles esponjosos de Margarita. Lo más importante fue comprar cangrejo peludo y rollos de arroz para la cena. Después de explorar el mercado, empezó a llover de nuevo, así que no pudimos ir a nadar. Mañana por la mañana, visitaremos Chuncheon LEGOLAND.
The fifth day, it rained a lot again this morning. I took a taxi from the hotel to the Shuchang bus station, and it took about 1 hour and 40 minutes by bus to get to Chuncheon. First, I took a bus to drop off my luggage and then took a taxi to LEGOLAND. I had already bought the tickets online, so I just had to scan the code to enter, which is very convenient. First we had lunch and then we played. After lunch, we watched a 4D TV near the restaurant. It rained most of the day today. The kids bought a discounted box of Lego at LEGOLAND. We played until 5:25 and then took a shuttle bus to Chuncheon station and transferred to a bus to go to Chuncheon Myeong-dong to eat Rolling Pasta. After a while, we went back to the hotel to check in.
El sexto día, empezamos yendo al Mercado de Chuncheon para comer fideos y rollos de arroz. Luego tomamos el autobús 16 a la estación del teleférico. Solo costó 37,000 won (HK$210) para tres personas ida y vuelta en el teleférico. La vista desde el teleférico era increíble, e incluso subimos al puente de cristal. Después de eso, regresamos a la estación de Chuncheon y tomamos el ITX de regreso a Seúl. Dejamos nuestro equipaje en el hotel y fuimos a dos centros comerciales, donde compramos tres camisas por solo HK$60 cada una, lo cual es realmente barato. Para cenar, fuimos a la estación Mabang y comimos carne Hanwoo, que venía con arroz, fideos, refrescos y cerveza. La cuenta fue de HK$700. Después de comer, fuimos a un supermercado cercano y descubrimos que estaban vendiendo una caja de cuatro duraznos por 10,000 won. La compramos y comimos dos de inmediato, y estaban deliciosos y refrescantes.
The seventh day, in the morning, we first moved to Chungno station to go to HOTEL AMID, because we will be playing along the Seoul Station railway line in the next few days. We left our luggage and went to City Hall Station to eat clam noodles and seafood pancakes. In the afternoon, we used the T-money card to go to Yeouido Zoo. After that, we went to the Aquarium and Art Gallery of the 63 Building and then took a boat at sunset to feed the seagulls. For dinner, we ate barbecue near the hotel and then went shopping at Lotte Mart.
The eighth day, I sent my husband to the Seoul station to catch his flight. I continued to stay with Ah-Zai for a few more days. First we visited the Goyang Aquarium, which was the last tourist spot on our itinerary. Then we went to the Goyang Starfield Mall, which was very crowded and big. There were discounts on children's clothing, so I bought a swimsuit, a shirt, and pants for Ah-Zai. On the way back, we had mango ice cream. When we returned to the hotel, I bought fried chicken from Bridge Village for dinner.
En el noveno día, tomamos un recorrido en autobús todo el día, sin tener que tomar el metro arriba y abajo. Primero, fuimos a Nandaemun para comer panqueques de verduras, luego caminamos a Myeongdong para cambiar dinero y comer 0410 Jajangmyeon. Luego, tomamos un autobús a Dongdaemun, y luego tomamos un autobús al Puente Banpo para ver la Fuente del Arco Iris. Sin embargo, fue cancelado debido a la lluvia. Tomamos algunas fotos hermosas de las 3 islas que se volvían coloridas por la noche. Luego, volvimos al hotel y cenamos cerca del hotel, comiendo tortilla enrollada y sopa de pastel de arroz.
El décimo día, solo nos quedan 2 días para regresar a Hong Kong. Hoy fuimos a ver la exposición de dinosaurios en la Puerta Oeste, luego fuimos al mercado Wangyuan a comprar comida antes de ir a ver el barco de guerra. Después, fuimos a Emart a comprar café triangular y fideos instantáneos, y regresamos al hotel para comprar rollitos de arroz para una comida sencilla.
Hoy es el último día en Seúl, debo ir al Mercado de Gyeongdong para comprar ginseng fresco y frutas, luego ir al Museo de Ciencias. Después de eso, tendré arroz de anguila en el hotel y agregaré pollo frito del Mercado de Gwangjang. Empaca bien el equipaje y regresa a Hong Kong mañana por la mañana.
The next time I go to South Korea, my first choice will be Sookgaw because Sookgaw's crab is simply delicious. Even though the market is a bit far from the beach, you can take a taxi and get there quickly. Sookgaw Beach is also fun, and on the way, you can also visit Gangneung and Jeongdongjin.
