    Muy buen hotel para una corta escala en el aeropuerto. El personal de servicio fue muy educado y servicial. El acceso a la piscina es adicional, pero la sauna y la piscina de inmersión fría/caliente son gratuitas. Entras desnudo. Gran restaurante con cocina de primer nivel. Hermoso paseo por los jardines y acceso a zona de playa.

    Bonitas habitaciones limpias. Todas las necesidades. Muy buena selección de actividades al aire libre, poco común en un hotel de aeropuerto. Paseo por la naturaleza, zona de playa, parque infantil y una gran piscina. El único inconveniente es la falta de un verdadero servicio de café. Sólo café instantáneo y sin crema. Nada en el hotel abre antes de las 6:30, sin embargo, tienen una tienda de conveniencia bien surtida. Tienen un autobús gratuito al aeropuerto. No estaba claro (y no pregunté) cómo llegar desde el aeropuerto.

    El hotel está convenientemente ubicado al lado del aeropuerto principal de Seúl y las tarifas son generalmente muy razonables en comparación con otros hoteles de la zona. Sin embargo, una cosa que no pude evitar, pero noté, fue que me pareció que las camas estaban duras como piedras. Terminé quedándome en este hotel durante casi una semana mientras esperaba que se aprobara una visa para ingresar a un país cercano. El personal de recepción y el equipo de limpieza fueron especialmente amables.

    Qué final tan decepcionante para nuestras vacaciones en Corea. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y no se podía arreglar. Todo lo que nos ofrecieron fue un enfriador de aire que no enfriaba y hacía ruido. En todos mis años de viajar por el mundo, este es el primer hotel en el que me he alojado donde te cobran extra, aproximadamente $35 por persona por usar la piscina (y otras comodidades), luego es por tiempo limitado. El idioma también fue un problema.
