Stayed here with my family in Aug'23. Everything was great. We took the family package which included the theme park tickets and all of us had a blast. It was pricey but worthy. And don't forget to try their breakfast buffet at La Seine. Truly one of the best in Asia!

Friendly and clean, updated... Small closet, though.... Came in way early before allowed check in, the front desk allowed to hold the luggages and let us use the gym and the sauna... It was refreshing..

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel for 2 nights stay. Location is absolutely wonderful and loved the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff members. The swimming pool and sauna is a true gem of this hotel that's included with the stay as well.

The revamped decor was tastefully done, rooms are cosy in prime location. Service of hotel staff are constantly great and dedicated. Plenty of transport modes, malls, shops and kids friendly grounds nearby. Only setback is breakfast costs per pax is high at USD 50. Bathtub is smaller sized compared to average. Will be even better if suite comes with kids amenities.

I stayed here for a night with my family, enjoyed the early check-in. The hotel is well located and connected to the department store. The room were clean and had a good view of the lake. The check-in was smooth however the waiting area is limited, it was odd to see the reception area widely spreaded out with only few seats for waiting at the lobby area. The service here was professional and fast! I enjoyed my stay overall.
