Nice facility. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. Rooms are clean.

The room could've been cleaner and the bed sheets honestly smelled strange but it was overall okay and they gave us free water too so that's nice. Overall okay but not something spectacular. The front office could speak some English and there is a lot of activities to do nearby. There is no sauna or gym as advertised and you have to pay for breakfast it is not complimentary as stated.

Overall the room was really good but the pillow was really small and uncomfortable. The toilet is small but very clean. The staff was really nice and patient. The location is great and there are lots of restaurant, cafe, clothing store nearby.

The room we booked is small and there is no wardrobe, only hanging hooks by the door. The aircon doesn't work because of the "cold" season. There was no sign or indication of this and we were wondering why the room was so hot. We realise after speaking to the staff that the heating in the room automatically switches on when you insert your card key. We had to open the window which was only a small gap. Aircon is only available in May. We saw notices of this in the common areas, probably after they received a few complaints. Most staff spoke some English but there was one who was really bad. Quite frustrating to put across your message. The room toilet is Japanese style so that was good and the shower pressure is good. Sauna and gym (pathetic) are closed even when Covid restrictions are lifted. Lobby is on the 2nd floor but you enter from the ground floor. No security guard even if you return late at night so anyone can go up to any floor from the ground floor. . Location is good though. Maybe better to stay in Myeongdong.
