Very nice place. We stayed here for 6 nights and were overall satisfied. The cleaning of the room was amazing, we got a freshly new made bed every day! The rooms offer good space and the electronic equipment is a high standard. We were able to warm up food in a microwave by the reception, which also was thought out well. The breakfast had all you need for the day, it was enough of a choice. Thank you for the good time, and maybe until next time!

Lots of eateries to choose from in this area! The front desk people were incredibly nice and polite. Be aware that there might be a slight language barrier but they have never made that an issue. Toiletries are not all refilled daily but they will provide more if asked. The towels and linens are refreshed daily! There is also a free laundry machine available 24/7 a few feet away from the entrance to the hotel with detergent and fabric softener. There is also free breakfast included everyday but Sunday and it's located in the basement. You will have to go on foot and the steps are a bit uneven. Otherwise, my husband and I had a wonderful stay!

I had low expectations of this place initially as it was a 3-star hotel and not a branded one. However, the place changed my mind totally. It was mindblowing. The housekeeping was top notch, the beds were huge, TV was wide, toilets were first class - what more could we ask for? Will definitely return in the future.

I knew roughly what I will get for the price I've paid. The photo provided and actual has not much disparity. Came in with so-so expectation but the service, staff, spaciousness, great soundproofing and breakfast just kept adding points on top of the location near attractions like palace/shrine/hanok/insadong, tons of restaurants that are still open for late dinner and accessibility of 3 subway lines. And if you are a walker, you basically can walk down south to myeongdong, east to gwangjang till dongdaemun, west to insadong or further down to gyeongbukgung, north till bukchon area. Special thanks to the lobby staff who never fails to make us feel welcome, breakfast onni for her best fried egg, check out boss? for helping us booked a cab as these are the one who made the stay even more memorable with their 5 star service. Thank you for the lovely stay! (Personal feedback: 1. wooden floor is slightly too slippery, suggest to give it some anti slip polishing. 2. Mattress is slightly too noisy with all the shuffling, guessing some mattress protector underneath or was it the quilt?)

My room is nice but please be warned that the area surrounding is HORRIBLE! It’s dirty and surrounded by homeless people and stray cats. I personally do not feel safe in this area, especially at night.
