I liked the hotel. Comfortable mattress. Great bathroom for relaxing and SPA style. separate toilet. Helpful staff and good location. And roof bar

The comforter and pillows here were very soft! The room was in a better configuration than the other hotel we stayed at so while it was economy-sized, it felt bigger thanks to the bathroom area and wall mirrors. The shower room was very spacious and the water was warm and the pressure was good. There was an ac plus a dehumidifyer and we happily used both.

The bad , shower room @ toilet are OK for me. The shower room is very big if comparison with bed room. However, the carpet of the room have a lot of dirty stain. I have to wear slipper when walked in room. I think change it's better. One more thing the lighter of room is too dim even though I switch too max level.

Friendly English speaking staff. Nice clean room but small (almost no room to put your luggage). Nice large shower and tub. Convenient location to Dotonbori, HOWEVER (and reason I give two stars), the back of the hotel is right beside a major expressway. Unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel and the traffic noise was terrible throughout the night. Frequently modified cars or motorcycles with loud exhausts would rip down the expressway in the middle of the night waking me up (often followed by the sound of police sirens...LOL). Their room windows do not keep the noise out. I can see the expressway 20 meters away from our window on the 5th floor. Other rooms towards the front of the hotel are probably better but unfortunately this was our experience.

Hotel was okay. Room was very small (just like most hotels in Japan) but the hotel is right next to a highway resulting in lots of noise. The area the wall hotel is in was good for use and the price wasn't unreasonable. During our stay the staff we delt with didn't speak English super well but enough for us to get by.
