Fantastic and well located hotel in Seoul Gangnam! My second stay here and I could not go somewhere else. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They really do their best to address your requests. Super clean room, with a nice shower and a comfortable bed welcoming jet-lagged travelers. The fitness room is small, but the view when you run or row is memorable! If you go for a swim on the top floor, the view is unique too. I went at the 2nd floor restaurant several times: the buffet is amazing, everything is of very good quality, with plenty of choice. Unless you crave for a Korean barbecue, I recommend you have your lunch or dinner there - since I never eat breakfast, I did not try that place in the morning, so I can’t tell about it.

We loved the hotel. The location in the heart of Gangnam was great! Gangnam square, Metro, the parks, river and Seorae French village are all very close. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was superb, the pool was excellent. The staff went an extra mile to help us to recover the item lost on a flight from the airport lost and found office. Many thanks!!! Highly recommended!!!

This Hilton is top notch. It was pretty much equidistant from the many stops we had planned. Easy access to public transportation. Great front desk, maid, and room service. Very good be res breakfast buffet. Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms

This hotel advertises having a pool, but doesn't advertise that you may only go 2 times per day...one on weekends and holidays. They advertise breakfast included, but it isn't included for everyone reserved in the room. The service desk people were respectful and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The food in the restaurant is fine. I wish they served at dinner time as well. Maybe you can get lucky and stay on the 13th floor. Not many hotels have one. They even have room 1313. The toilet self flushes in the room. The lobby toilet and the pool shower were out of order and we didn't really know how to reserve a required swim cap that was clean, so we didn't swim, but the view from the pool was pretty good.

This hotel was lackluster compared to this chain in the USA. Was expecting a better hotel. Rooms were tiny and was told I was able to upgrade to a bigger one. This never happened. Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Dinner is a very over priced buffet. I would have have moved to the double tree but it just opened and the area does not have much around it. I will say the area is not to bad but not as good if you stayed at a Marriott.
