Hands down the best modern luxury hotel in the whole of Seoul. It’s BRAND NEW with an exclusive entry to the upscale Hyundai Seoul (mall). Fairmont Ambassador is way better than Four Seasons or Park Hyatt Seoul. Take my word as I have stayed everywhere. Booked a 2 Bedroom Executive Suite for this stay. Great experience From the arrival to the check out, my guest experience was perfect Very professional staff in all departments, F&B outlets so great (the fine dining restaurant is just amazing and a special note for the viennoiseries and breads at the breakfast) Room is big (standard room) with all amenities you need A tip for who wants to book a room : ask if possible for a room with shopping mall view (you will have a fantastic view on the roof of the mall which is illuminated during the evening)

The hotel rooms were amazing. Stayed for a total of 10 nights through the new year and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff were just like the cherry on top, being extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. The only downside to the hotel would be the location if you want to explore the more authentic part of Seoul. Moreover, the fridge in the room was not operating perfectly, therefore most of my things have gone bad. Other than that, I would 100% recommend this hotel for your next trip to Seoul.

A Pleasant Stay at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul Be located at the Parc1 complex, next to the Hyundai Mall of Seoul. It takes only a 5 mins walk to the nearest station, Yeoui Naru Station and Yeouido Station. This brand-new Hotel in Seoul is offering you a luxury modern style with effective layouts and practical design. It is very good for the business traveler to stay here. I love the design of their Atrium Lounge! I stayed at the Fairmont Deluxe room and I asked for the high floor so I got a room with a Han River view, although it is from the side because in all their rooms there is no direct view of the Han River. In my opinion, the one with the Han River view is the best view. The room is elegantly designed and spacious, not too big and not too small. They have a wide arrange of breakfast selections at the Spectrum restaurant on the fifth floor and the gym facilities are equipped with the up to date equipment. I enjoyed it a lot, keep it up! There are some concerns regarding my stay at this hotel. First, they provided me with a welcome greeting on the TV which is fine, but if I have to pick, I prefer the conventional way by using the actual card and the handwritten one. It is more intimate and relatable. Second, when using the dry sauna facilities, an additional fee will be charged depending on the room type. (KRW 40,000 per person, tax included) and shower facilities are not available except for customers using the dry sauna, although you swim at the swimming pool, you are not allowed to use shower facilities. I did not expect it from a five-star Hotel with this kind of service. I hope they will change this kind of rule, which is pretty rare compared to the other 5-star hotels. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, where you can enjoy the Hyundai Mall, Yeouido Park, and the iconic Han River on your doorstep. I will give it a try for the next visit. Pro tips: Asking for a Han River view, located on the high floor, you will get a stunning view of the sunrise, while on the lower floor, you will get the ongoing constructed building view.
