    Overall this hotel is super nice and clean. Very close to Gangmun Beach by walking distance. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The amenities inside the hotel are well managed, the staffs are also nice, and the room itself is clean. But they don't provide toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, fingernail clippers, cotton buds, etc in the room. They have vending machine in every floor tho where you can get them, just a bit pricy. Better going to the convenience store in the first floor to grab them.

    Great place for ocean view, and if you have pets! But the service is not that great and they want to charge for extra towels and other services. Make sure to bring your own toothbrush!

    Ive just recently stayed here. From the 10th through to the 14th of July. I actually enjoyed my stay. The rooms were immaculate, great views from my room. I was on level 11. Room 1118 to be exact. Housekeeping was always great. The different elevators was abit confusing, but eventually figuring it all out. Oh Crab restaurant on Level 3, I only had breakfast there, Scrambled eggs, bacon cooked to perfection. But a good variety of options... The coffee/bakery shop on Ground Level, Yummy 👌🏽 The fitness centre was great but in serious need of adequate airflow. The Concierge staff probably need abit of a shakeup, hense my rating. Otherwise i'd recommend this place.. I couldnt quite get dogs in prams though 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤣

    Check in service was poor, a staff attitude in front desk was sooo poor. She just want to sell pool ticket and we don't buy. Additional ent fee to pool is too expensive for guests I think. Never come back here.
