There was a mix up with our reservation. The staff were excellent, accommodating and helpful. They got our problem resolved quickly and courteously. The service is top level and very good for English-speakers. I highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

The quality of the amenities is very good. The breakfast buffet is better than expected.

Great hotel with comfortable, soft beds and very clean space. Ample parking in their basement and it was included in the price. Despite making a reservation for two adults we only received one breakfast coupon which is odd and causes us to not even bother trying it. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Fully recommended Hotel👌 we have had some bad experiences on our road trip across Korea, but the stay at UTop Hotel was one of the best. Super clean, big towels, very good mattress, Amazon Prime and Netflix available, big and quiet fridge, washmachine and kitchenette in the room, super nice bathroom with all apliances working well, no dirt or gunk in the corners. Wow!!! The only minor withdraw is that in the room coffee is not available, just tea... and i am a coffee lover and easily made happy even with that instant coffee. But this is a minor point, a nice bakery and Café is available across the street. What else? Reception was kind, quick and zero conplicated, parking worked as well (that automatic parking thingy). As a german guy inwas so happily surprised that the window can be tilted 😆😆😆👍 awesome! Thanks for the very pleasant stay dear UTOP Hotel Team!

1-The location is nice but can get really noisy at night with loud cars around the area! 2- when I booked it was mentioned that the hotel has a EV vehicle charging station at the hotel which was not true!! 3-I checked in at 5pm leaving them enough time to clean the rooms and all, but they didn’t clean the room well, to the point the toilet had some ugly dirty stains, and the bed sheet had the same thing! And these days with covid and new diseases popping up around the world the hotel should show concerns of taking care of their guests!!! 4- I usually have to visit gwangju every other week, and this hotel won’t be on my list ever again!
