One of the worst hotel experiences with the staffs here.
To sum up, the staffs were not only unprofessional but also lacking abilities to actually “THINK” what is going on.
What happened, for some reason, they gave me the wrong key with another person’s name on it “intentionally” even after myself complaining to them “this is not my name”.
Maybe I can say it might be some sort of resort island síndrome since I only experienced this type of “cannot think” kind of people only in Okinawa, Japan (which actually happened several times)
The room, bed was ok, but lacking many amenities.
Service was worse than just horrible but the cleaning staffs were acceptable (but not as good as other hotels)
The location is not bad, but probably you won’t be able to find the hotel, as the name shown on the hotel is a Totally different one.
The beach is there at walking distance but the water was not as clean as in the remote cities of Okinawa from my 5days experience in Jeju.
A small convenience store is there right across the street.
If using Uber or Kakao taxi, expect at least 10min+ waiting time.
By the way, check twice before making reservations if you are a “enjoy the view from your room” type of person.
