5星級的設備，絕佳的景色，極至完美的服務。Without doubt, It's the best hotel in Seoul. After we back to Taiwan,find out we left the new clothes on Lotto world mall. Thanks to Signiel Seoul concierge team,you really do a good good job. Especially thanks to Jonathan Lee, it's so kind of you to pick the clothes from the mall and send it to me.

Incredible view, cleanliness and most importantly service. You also get an assortment of free refreshments and champagne at certain periods at the lounge. The breakfast was delicious. Will return every trip.

Rooms are nice with great views from both the bedroom and bathtub, but are on the small side. Room amenities were nice and that bathroom was great. You get to access the lounge in the lobby where they provide complementary snacks and drinks which is great, but our room had a much better view. The fitness center had nice equipment and the staff was very helpful. Be careful about that step though and don't trip while going into the fitness center. An older gentleman didn't see the step and went tumbling. The locker rooms were spacious, provided gym clothes, and had nice showers. Overall a nice stay that was right over a mall that had everything you would need.

located next to Lotte world and shopping mall it's super convenient for shoppers and lots of eateries. if staying with kids lounge access is prohibited but they'll provide 2 tickets to the observation deck or 2 tickets to the aquarium. staff wise it's a nice touch they open the door but the 79+ floors to get to the lobby and your ears popping each time (as your in thr tallest building and one of the fastest elevator ever ) is a bit annoying and the novelty wears. the staff also felt very cold and didn't really make us feel welcome compared to the shilla, four seasons, park Hyatt and DDM JW Marriott. the service was exponentially better at Signeil Busan but in Seoul location staff didn't seem to give you that warm welcome. taxi service is also very long as it's complicated to get in and out of the hotel. other than the obvious spectacular views of Seoul the rooms even the premier rooms are a bit on the smaller side. the pool is indoors and the pool locker rooms I'm willing to bet are the smallest maybe I'm Korea amongst 5 star hotels. overall prob would not recommend for families and prob won't visit again

We were supposed to stay here for 4 days but seriously after just coming from four seasons, this hotel fell flat. The only pro it has is the hotel starts on the 79th floor so the views are great. The lounge has horrible food that they feel justified to charge 50+ for, bar81 had ok drinks but definitely not worth the price, the salon that they have for hotel guests has a weird unfriendly atmosphere, the rooms were old and smelled weird and that building is BUSY! There are office buildings, residential rooms from what I understand and a huge mall connected to it. There were tons of people going in and out and tbh I didn’t like the area where it was located. The service was also lacking here I felt like for the amount I was paying, I deserved better service. Based on other reviews and looking at bloggers, I had really high expectations and was sad when the week was booked and I had to cut my stay short. In retrospect I’m happy cause we ended up canceling our reservation and going back to our old hotel
