It was very neat, the buffet located at the 2nd floor didn't have variety but the food was very nice, for 27,000 won though, it was alright. The room was great but it was very DARK so you can't work here or read a book. There's a very cool park by the river a few blocks away but the hotel itself is located inside the city so the view isn't the best.

Great stay at State Hotel Sunyu! The room was spacious and bathroom was great too! Stayed here for almost a week and it was situated next to the train station with abundances of good food and convenient stores nearby. Short travel to Hong Dae and MyeongDong via train and able to take one line down to go towards Gangnam too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Price was good too! Highly recommended.

Strategic location, nearby to Seonyudo subway train station. Hotel is clean and quite. Surrounding has grocery stores, convenient access to eateries. No early check in allowed. Had to pay extra if u wish to check in before 3pm. Bathroom shower was rather challenging as water would be everywhere.

Larger rooms, modern interior, and good price but kind of dirty and dusty.

Great rooms and they can accommodate English only guests. The included Breakfast is not great, I had to cook the bacon and sausage on the hotplate included in the suite rooms. The Tous Tous restaurant that is connected is tasty but not really korean food if that is what you're after, and I was.
