I like the hotel, it was quite fancy. I saw a lot of young couples there.4

Good hotel with a great infinity pool. Decent breakfast. Only downside that it is somewhat far from downtown. Perfect if you want to go to a more quiet place, but might be crowded on weekends. Unfortunately staff knows very limited English even though there are a lot of international guests.
Update: Dropping the rating to 4 stars since you need to pay for sunbeds, and during quiet periods even if weather is good, the pool opens at 15.00. Far too late.4

Comfortable stay with great rooftop views on their infinity pool, which is unfortunately only open from 3pm-8pm. Stayed in a mountain view suite with a big spacious tub/sauna, firm bed good temp control. One of the downsides- no travel outlets included in the room for international travellers2

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. Room is nothing spectacular but just okay for its price. I would say even overpriced. There are couple of annoying things:
(1) Front desk doesn't speak English which makes the business traveler's life difficult.
(2) They charge an extra KRW 10'000 for every gym use. This might be common in Korea but for me it is the first time in my life I see such a practice. Also gym is not that great.
(3) I wanted to use their laundry service for 3 shirts. I filled out the laundry sheet that was in my room. When I brought the laundry bag to the front desk however the lady informed me that the prices on the sheet are not accurate and increased. Photo attached. Another annoying thing.
(4) Breakfast is mediocre. Eggs are cold.
