  • Yeonnam Seosikdang Cheonho Branch es un restaurante especializado en beef short ribs (galbi) con más de 70 años de tradición desde 1953, y es la segunda sucursal de Yeonnam Seosikdang, un ícono de Sinchon seleccionado como Seoul Future Heritage.
  • Ellos recortan los beef short ribs (galbi) en el local, quitando cuidadosamente la grasa, los tendones y las membranas uno por uno para resaltar una textura tierna y agradablemente masticable.
  • Preparan y usan la marinada de salsa de soya exclusiva de Yeonnam Seosikdang en el local, y como la carne se sazona por la mañana y se cocina sobre carbón, se puede disfrutar de un sabor profundo y rico.
  • Con un menú enfocado únicamente en beef short ribs (galbi), es fácil para los visitantes internacionales pedir por primera vez, y además han introducido recientemente Naengmyeon, una excelente combinación con galbi.
  • Mantienen los sabores clásicos del tradicional standing galbi, pero en la Cheonho Branch puedes sentarte y comer cómodamente, lo que la convierte en un gran lugar para experimentar galbi charcoal-grilled al estilo coreano sin presiones.
