Acerca de

  • El owner, con más de 20 años de experiencia, personalmente recorta y asa la carne. Todo se hace a mano, sin usar máquinas.
  • A diferencia de la mayoría de los sitios que usan briquetas de carbón estándar, Cheonggiwa Galbi tiene una zona separada de charcoal-grill y insiste en usar únicamente charcoal de roble coreano.
  • Usan cerdo fresco (hembra) con calificación 1+ y superior, junto con Hanwoo de primera calidad. Debido a que la calidad de la carne es tan buena, no hay necesidad de maduraciones adicionales.
  • Su sello es un sazonado ligero, sin colorantes. Para resaltar el sabor natural de la carne, el marinado no es excesivamente fuerte, por lo que la carne no se quema fácil y no resulta demasiado dulce ni salada. Sabroso y saludable.
  • Está a solo 2 minutos a pie de Hongik Univ. Station. Ubicado en el primer piso, otro gran punto a favor es que en los días agradables puedes disfrutar tu comida en la terrace con un ambiente abierto y aireado.
