Select your desired item, rental date, and rental period (minimum 3 days, maximum 30 days).
Complete the rental payment through Creatrip.
Receive your item in person and pay the deposit on-site. (A confirmation message with delivery and return details will be sent.)
Return the item in person and get your deposit refunded. (You will receive a message with return location and time details.)

Same-day reservations are not possible.
Please make sure to reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
There are no additional fees for credit card payments.
The clothes are provided through delivery, and services for leaving or storing personal items are not provided.
Sunday is a delivery worker's day off, so pickup and returns are not available. (However, costume rentals are possible.)
If you return after the predetermined return time, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per hour will be charged.
If you have difficulty returning at the return time, please contact help@creatrip.com by 6 PM the day before the return date.
If the return is not completed by midnight on the return date, an additional daily rental fee will be charged.
If the return delay continues for more than 3 days or if you cannot be contacted, the deposit will not be refunded, and the original product price excluding the deposit may be charged.
Please make sure to return within the designated return date. If you have any questions, please contact help@creatrip.com.
The deposit will be separately charged on-site.
- Total rental amount less than 30,000 KRW: Deposit 50,000 KRW
- Total rental amount 30,000-50,000 KRW: Deposit 60,000 KRW
- Total rental amount 50,000-100,000 KRW: Deposit 70,000 KRW
- Total rental amount 100,000-150,000 KRW: Deposit 80,000 KRW
- Total rental amount 150,000-200,000 KRW: Deposit 90,000 KRW
- Total rental amount more than 200,000 KRW: Deposit 100,000 KRW
- Luxury bag: Deposit 500,000 KRW
If you wish to return to a place other than the accommodation, please contact the customer center in advance.
If you change the return location without prior consultation, it may be difficult to collect, so please contact help@creatrip.com.
If the product is damaged or stained, do not clean or repair it personally, but contact help@creatrip.com immediately. We will guide you on the appropriate method of handling, preventing further damage from excessive cleaning or repair.
If the product is damaged or stained, cleaning or repair costs may be charged.
