- Through the magnificent nighttime performance 'Hwa-Ryung,' you can appreciate the historical and cultural significance of Suwon Hwaseong. This immersive performance at Hwa-Ryung Pavilion allows you to vividly feel the culture and art of the Jeongjo era through sound and lighting.

Suwon Hwaseong Cultural Festival
A representative traditional Korean cultural festival held every autumn, inscribed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities vividly reproducing the atmosphere of the Joseon Dynasty.
Jagunggagyo Season 2
It is a window drama indoor performance where you can watch the performance and English subtitles are provided. This drama, based on the gift that Jeongjo gave to his mother, Hyegyeonggung Hong, conveys Jeongjo's filial piety and the meaning of 'Jinchan Yeon'.
Nakseongyeon <Sanghadongnak>
A small-scale outdoor performance including singing, dancing, videos, and fireworks display that you can watch while sitting. This performance is based on the 'Nakseongyeon' held in 1796 to commemorate the completion of Suwon Hwaseong by King Jeongjo. It includes various traditional performances such as Nongak, opera, traditional tightrope walking, and can be considered a core performance of the cultural festival.
King Jeongjo's Royal Parade
A national reenactment of a large-scale parade lasting 8 days ordered by King Jeongjo in 1795.
King's Dessert
Experience a traditional royal court dessert enjoyed by King Jeongjo at Hwaseong Palace. (Additional option)
