Reservation Process

2. Reservation will be confirmed 14 days before departure date after completion of reservation.

3. Please arrive at the meeting place at least 10 minutes before. The tour will depart on time.

• 3 nights 4 days tour packages are based on rooms shared by 2 people, so the minimum purchase quantity per person is 2.
• This tour includes special experiential activities. Therefore, reservations are confirmed 2 weeks before the tour.
• Please make sure to arrive on time. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or no-shows.
• The itinerary may be slightly changed depending on road conditions, traffic conditions, and tourist attractions.
• Departures will proceed even on rainy or snowy days, but in cases of severe weather conditions, the departure date may be changed or refunded.
• The prices for adults and children are the same.
• We cannot accommodate additional bedding or additional guests.
