I am Yoo Han from Taiwan, I have been in Korea for over a year and currently living in Korea.
During the six months of studying abroad, I visited many places and participated in different activities frequently, experiencing local Korean life. I also want to bring foreign friends who are unfamiliar with Korea to get to know the different aspects of Korea together.
Today we are going to introduce Mangwon-dong, not far from Hongdae. Mangwon-dong is popular among locals and here you can see a truly authentic Korean atmosphere.
Exiting from exit 2 of the subway, walk a short distance to reach the Wangyuan Market. The first stop in the market, Hoonhoontteok, offers sugar cakes with different flavors. Various powders are sprinkled on the freshly fried sugar cake to make it unique. It is often necessary to line up on weekends...
