This time, I'm planning to go to the Hongdae area in August for the first time in a while, so I picked some recommended places to visit that I've been to before!
First of all, Hongdae's cultural complex space, Sansan Madang, is a new art space in Hongdae where artists are nurtured and supported, as well as a cultural experience space for the citizens. It is a landmark building in Hongdae that can be easily accessed.
Shopping alone is enjoyable, so it is always bustling with many people.
The first and second floors are designated as design stores, providing spaces where you can experience art and design art pieces in everyday life.
Korean young designers have designed accessories, daily necessities, stationery, etc. with original sensibility and are on sale.
On the first floor, stationery, toys, and small items are mainly sold, and it is a space that makes you excited just by looking at it because there are so many products like a general store ✨
Room fragrances and air fresheners that allow you to feel the nature of Jeju Island are also sold, so I will choose my favorite scent and place it in my room!
Recommended as a souvenir that is typical of Korea, and there are also things that can only be bought here, so I think it's fun to go with the feeling of treasure hunting!

When you go up to the second floor, products with a different taste from the first floor are displayed.

No matter where you cut it, it's so cute that your tension goes up!!
Visited just after opening, so there were no other customers yet and we could take unlimited photos! lol
In the foreground, everything is based on pink and white, creating a unified stylish space where you can relax and spend time.
There is a real pool in the back, and we were able to relax by the poolside while feeling like we were at a resort (although we couldn't actually swim in the pool)
I couldn't help but choose a drink that looked very cute!
Since I wasn't hungry yet, I didn't order anything else, but the sweets looked very cute so I plan to try them next time ♫

For those who want to get souvenirs at a supermarket in the Hongdae area, why not stop by Homeplus at the station next to Hongdae Entrance, Hapjeong Station? Unlike Lotte Mart and Emart, there are many local people, and it is a very large and spacious supermarket.
In the same floor as food items, there is also a section for daily necessities and miscellaneous goods, so you can shop on one floor without having to go up or down. You can also get a tax refund by presenting your passport at the time of payment.
When I went there, I was determined to buy souvenirs, so I looked around the basic foods of Korean souvenirs in order, such as sweets, instant noodles, seasonings, and kimchi.
There are many snacks with flavors not seen in Japan, as well as a wide variety of kimchi and seaweed, so I chose those as souvenirs and they were well received by those around me. For myself, I bought Homeplus' original brand corn snacks because why not. And the instant ramen that is fun to look at, even at a Japanese Korean supermarket, there are not many types of Jjajangmyeon or unique ones, so it's fun to try something you haven't eaten before!
Last time, I bought several ramen that I had never eaten before, but all of them were very delicious!
