I originally had no plans to schedule laser vision correction on this trip to Seoul, but after seeing a detailed introduction to the BVIIT clinic and the procedure on the Creatrip website, I became really interested, so after thinking it over, I booked the procedure through Creatrip.
BVIIT is in an excellent location, less than a five minute walk from the exit of Gangnam Station, and the building entrance has the clinic sign, so it is easy to find.
I was very nervous about the procedure at first. However, a friendly Chinese interpreter arrived quickly, picked me up from the waiting area, and supported me throughout the entire 1.5 hour evaluation process. This gave me full confidence in the team’s professionalism and the final results.
The procedure was very efficient and fast, and after confirming the successful result within about ten minutes after surgery, I was able to leave the clinic.
During the first hour after surgery, my vision was still a little blurry, just as the doctor had explained, so I continued with my Seoul itinerary. After that, my vision gradually improved, and about two to three hours after surgery, I could see both near and far clearly without any assistance, which I was very satisfied with.
After recovering overnight, when I returned to the clinic the next morning for a post op checkup, my vision was already getting clearer and clearer (although it does take 3 to 6 months to fully stabilize, the results so far are already very satisfying for me).
The medication included with my Creatrip reservation also helped me a lot, so I did not have to worry about post op meds, and the detailed data provided after surgery also made it possible for me to continue follow up checkups later in Taiwan. So I highly recommend this clinic, the procedure, and the service!
