On this free and easy trip to Busan, I originally planned to visit quite a few outdoor spots, but because the weather was pretty hot, I specifically looked for an indoor activity where I could still stretch my legs and get moving. After searching online, I found that a lot of people recommended the Running Man Experience in Nampodong. Since Creatrip was selling a “Running Man Experience (60 minutes) + Dynamic Maze” combo ticket, I decided to add it to my itinerary.

After arriving, I first headed to the ticketing and check-in area. The location inside the building was easy to find, and after taking the subway to Nampo Station, it was just a few minutes on foot. Right at the entrance, you can see the familiar Running Man themed design, plus large character figures for photos, I ended up taking a bunch before we even started the missions. The staff were friendly, and after showing my voucher, the entry process was completed quickly.

There are lots of corners inside with Running Man sets and character displays, fans of the show will definitely find it really familiar and fun. Even if you have never watched the show, you can still tell how much care went into creating the theme.
Next, we officially entered the Dynamic Maze area.

At the entrance, you can see instructions for the route, the layout is planned very clearly. I originally thought it would just be a normal maze, but once I got inside, it completely exceeded my expectations. It combines climbing, crawling through tunnels, balance sections, slides, and all kinds of obstacle challenges, you need good coordination to make it through smoothly.

The most memorable parts for me were the big slide and the 3D maze zone. The moment you slide down from up high is pretty thrilling, and in the maze area you have to keep searching for exits and getting through obstacles. It looks simple, but after actually trying it, I realized it really uses a lot of energy, by the end I was even sweating a little.
Dynamic Maze is not just about walking through a maze, it feels more like joining a physical challenge course. Every time you finish a section, you get a huge sense of achievement, and along the way we kept cracking up whenever we could not find the exit or failed a challenge. It is perfect for friends, couples, or families to enjoy together.
After finishing Dynamic Maze, we headed to what everyone was looking forward to most, the Running Man Experience.

Near the entrance, you can see challenge zones with different difficulty levels, divided into EASY, NORMAL, and HARD. If it is your first time, I recommend starting with the easier mode to get familiar with how it works. If you work out regularly, you can also jump straight into the higher-difficulty stages.
The biggest highlight of the Running Man Experience is that it brings the competition elements from the variety show into real games. Each stage has a different mission, and you need to complete the challenge within a time limit to earn points. Some stages test your reaction speed, while others test observation and focus.
At first I was pretty confident and thought it would not be too hard, but once it actually started, I realized it was nothing like I imagined. A few stages looked super easy, but when I tried them, I kept making mistakes because I was nervous. Especially once the countdown starts, you get tense right away, and the more you rush, the easier it is to mess up.

The most fun part inside is all the interactive mission games. Every time you clear one, it makes you want to immediately try the next. You can also hear other visitors laughing and cheering now and then, which makes the whole place feel really lively.
What I like most is that people of all ages can join in. I saw lots of families doing the missions together, kids were completely into it. There were also many couples and groups of friends teaming up, cheering each other on, the vibe was very upbeat.
Although the Running Man Experience itself is about 60 minutes, when you add Dynamic Maze, you can plan to spend around 1.5 to 2 hours in total. For independent travel, it is a perfect indoor stop.
The venue is also kept very clean, and the routes are clearly organized, so even if it is your first visit, you do not have to worry about not knowing what to do. If staff notice visitors with questions, they will also proactively help out.
If you are traveling with older family members, the Dynamic Maze section might be a bit tough, but many of the Running Man stages are still doable. And if you have good stamina, definitely set aside plenty of time to take on the challenges, because it is genuinely hard to stop once you start.
Overall, I felt the Running Man Experience + Dynamic Maze combo ticket was absolutely worth it. It was originally just an indoor backup plan, but it ended up becoming one of the most fun memories from this Busan trip. Not only do you get to move around, you also get a kind of fun that is totally different from typical sightseeing spots.
If you are getting ready to travel to Busan and happen to run into rain, extreme heat, or you just want an activity the whole family can enjoy, I highly recommend adding the Running Man Experience to your list. Whether you are traveling with kids, with friends, or on a date, you will leave with lots of laughs and memories. Based on this visit, I really felt it was worth it, and next time I have a chance to travel to Busan again, I will want to come back and challenge an even higher difficulty level.
