Making own skincare in Korea - My Creatrip Experience

Korean skincare is regonized worlwide, thanks to the admiration of the flawless skin on Koreans and emphasis they put on taking care of it.
But what if we could create our very own skincare, tailored to the needs of our skin? That is what I did during my previous trip to Korea at Whipped House, and here I will write everything about it!

Whipped House is split into two parts: first, the breathtaking store, decorated all with flowers and fruits, which made me wonder whether I have entered a shop or an art museum. Seriously, I don’t think I have ever seen something so impressive… The second part is their workshop, where the skincare classes are held.
It’s like two stores glued to each other, separated with only a wall, but both having different entrances - I wanted to clarify that for whoever will visit that place. As I arrived for my class, I have entered the shop, since that’s where I was supposed to wait before my class starts.
I took a look around and was just fascinated by the interior. As I said, it was pure art. Genuinely, it impacted the way I was feeling - made me feel joyful, lucky and excited.

As I waited, I got to test their hand soaps, since they had some testers there along with the sink. Not only I was surrounded with gorgeous scent, but then also carried it on my hands 🥰
After a moment, the worker called me and a few other participants, and walked us to the workshop next door.
I was honestly flabbergasted by the interior (once again). The brand truly stands out with their signature design and aesthetic. The workshop looked magical, not to mention how organized and clean it was - all tools for the class were prepared and lined up perfectly!

The class began with AI skin analysis, so each participant walked individually to the computer that checked the skin type, and thanks to that, the workers were able to advise which of the three types of cleanser we were able to make was most suitable!

I never got my skin analyzed this way and I really enjoyed the process. I was advised to create the green cleanser, which made me a little upset as I liked the other colors better, but decided to go for what’s most suitable for my skin 😊
Before starting, we got to wear very lovely aprons to cover our clothes!

First thing, the workers explained the history of the brand and its meaning, then we went to scoop our cleanser from the container like real ice cream!
Name "Whipped" made more sense then, as it was a combination of skincare and food - the best of both worlds :)

We were instructed to whip the cleanser with the hand mixer. My hands are very weak and I did that significantly slower than others, not to mention that the time was being measured 😅
However, it didn’t bother me at all - the atmosphere was extremely friendly, peaceful and I didn’t feel judged at all.
After the scoop was whipped, we got to putting it into the container with a piping bag. In case of any issues or difficulties, the staff were more than ready to help!

We patiently waited for everyone to finish. Then, we created labels to stick under the container, which included all the ingredients, as well as expiration date - which was really good for safety.
Last but not least, we got to pack our souvenirs. First, we were given really lovely, decorative boxes. Then, we got to decorate them with tags chosen by us! Lastly, we received bags to carry all of it comfortably (and in a very stylish manner, since they had a bow and looked absolutely gorgeous).
We got surprised with gifts - mini versions of peeling and body lotion from their shop! I loved that so much and found it very convenient, as it was perfect size for travel or to carry in a purse.

Additionally, upon leaving a review of the experience, we got to participate in a raffle where we could win small gifts or discounts to their shop!
I won a fluffy skincare headband - the joy was just neverending!
After collecting all the goodies, I went back to the main shop, as a participant of their class, we were given a discount. That marketing really worked on me, as I ended up leaving with a hair perfume 😅

Both workers in the shop, as well as the class teachers were extremely kind, helpful and also fluent in English.
I have to rate this experience 10/10 - Whipped House surrounded me with beauty, attention to detail and care. Not only I got to experience something so unique, but left with my own Korean cleanser, as well as multiple gifts! I could not stop smiling after.
I highly recommend this experience to everyone and truly hope I get to come back to this place - perhaps this time creating a cleanser for my family or friend 💛
