As a lifelong Snoopy fan, visiting Snoopy Garden was one of the main reasons I finally decided to fly to Jeju for the first time.. and nothing really prepared me for how happy this place would make me feel in person. It’s undoubtedly the most memorable experience from my entire Jeju trip.
One thing that surprised me was how easy it was to get there from Jeju Airport, despite public transportation on Jeju being very difficult. I was able to take a direct bus right outside the airport and arrived at Snoopy Garden in around 40 minutes. The ride itself was already beautiful, with open fields and mountain views replacing the city scenery.

Before even entering the main building, I was greeted by a beautifully maintained garden filled with stone decorations and charming details. Everything felt so peaceful and open! The area surrounding Snoopy Garden is mostly nature, with fields stretching into the distance and mountains visible in the background. As someone who loves both nature and Peanuts characters, it genuinely felt like such a perfect combination.
Near the entrance, I spotted a Snoopy-themed ice cream stand and immediately decided that my day should start with a sweet treat - I chose the banana flavor 🍌
While walking around with my ice cream, I kept noticing little details everywhere, from large comic illustrations decorating the walls to carefully designed photo spots featuring the beloved characters - all that only at the entrance!

Before exploring the exhibition itself, I headed to the restaurant because I was incredibly excited to try their breakfast!
The building contains a gift shop near the entrance, and honestly, I could have spent an hour there alone. What I loved most was that many of the items were unique Jeju-exclusive products, such as Hallabong-themed Snoopy keychains, plushies, stationery, snacks, and countless souvenirs that immediately tempted me to spend far more money than I originally planned...
After buying the souvenir Hallabong juice, I went upstairs to the buffet restaurant.
The space was absolutely beautiful - large windows overlooked the greenery outside, making the whole room feel so bright. I found a seat next to the window and spent several minutes simply enjoying the view before my food arrived.

I ordered pancakes served with fruit and syrup, and they were decorated with one of Snoopy’s siblings. The moment the plate arrived, I couldn’t stop smiling.. The food was very delicious and gave me the perfect start to the day ahead!
After I finished, I made my way to the exhibition entrance.

The staff members were incredibly kind and welcoming when I purchased my ticket, which immediately created a positive first impression! Keep in mind, they were able to communicate in English :)
The first indoor exhibits introduced Charles Schulz, the creator of Peanuts, and shared the history behind the comic series and its characters. As someone who grew up loving Snoopy, it was fascinating to learn more about how everything started.
There were also countless photo spots throughout the exhibition, and I constantly saw visitors taking pictures together. One of my favorite sections was the interactive area where guests could create free postcards using Peanuts-themed stamps!
Another memorable feature was a large screen playing the famous Peanuts dance. Floor markings showed the dance steps, allowing visitors to follow along with the characters and have some fun dancing.
There was even a small cinema area with comfortable seating where Peanuts animations were being screened. I sat down for a while and watched some episodes :)

The indoor exhibits continued with more interactive displays until I eventually reached the highlight of Snoopy Garden: the outdoor park!
The area is enormous, filled with colorful character statues, themed pathways, gardens, and Peanuts-inspired scenery. It felt less like a museum and more like stepping directly into the world of the comics, but with a nature accent.

One activity I especially enjoyed was a digital stamp mission that encouraged visitors to explore the entire park. Throughout the grounds, there were small wooden birdhouse-like stations where you could collect stamps using your phone. Upon completing the entire collection, you could pick up souvenir button pin at the Gift Shop!
Unfortunately, this was also the moment when the weather decided to completely betray me, and heavy rain started pouring. It didn’t stop me however or take away any charm from this wonderful place.
After some walking, I reached Charlie Brown’s field, a large open space designed for outdoor activities. There were boxes filled with jump ropes, balls, and other sports equipment that visitors could borrow. Because of the weather, I could not really have fun with them, but I could easily imagine how entertaining the area must be on a sunny day filled with families and children :)

A little later, I passed by the Snoopy snack truck. I loved it so much but it was closed, probably due to weather… It had tables around so you could sit surrounded with nature and enjoy a hot dog or cold drink, but it was not meant for me this time - I hope next time I come I can experience this!

One of my favorite areas in the entire park ended up being Lucy’s School.
The building was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. Inside, there was a library filled with Peanuts books and comics that visitors could sit down and read. On the opposite side, there was a themed photo booth with adorable accessories, including Snoopy ears decorated with Hallabong oranges (so perfectly Jeju-themed!).
There were also classroom-style activity rooms where visitors could color Peanuts illustrations using free coloring sheets and crayons. I loved that the experience was not limited to simply looking at exhibits, but so interactive. There were so many opportunities to actively participate and create little memories to take home.

As I continued walking, I discovered even more themed areas, including a large lake and an ice-skating themed section inspired by iconic Peanuts scenes. Everywhere I looked, there seemed to be another reference to the Peanuts world.
By this point, I had spent hours exploring without even noticing how much time had passed!

Eventually, I returned to the restaurant for lunch before heading back to the airport.
This time I ordered small buns filled with egg salad, fries, and a peach iced tea. Just like breakfast, everything looked incredibly cute and carefully prepared, but also tasted wonderful! The peach tea was especially refreshing after spending so much time walking around the park, and it ended up becoming one of my favorite drinks from the entire trip - so sweet and delicious.

Soon after lunch, it was finally time to leave.
Snoopy Garden is one of those places that completely exceeded my expectations. The combination of nature, interactive activities, nostalgic characters, and thoughtful details created a place that felt so special.
Although I visited during heavy rain, I still left with a full heart and some of my favorite memories that I think of regularly.. In fact, the experience was so enjoyable that I already want to return someday and see everything again, this time in a sunny weather, without an umbrella.
For any Peanuts fan visiting Jeju, Snoopy Garden is gonna be more than just an attraction. It is a place that makes you feel like you’re in heaven, letting you combine nature with cuteness. Even if you’re not a big Peanuts fan, you will still enjoy every minute in that place 🐶
