First time at Lido Aesthetics Clinic

This was my second time coming to Korea for cosmetic treatments, and this clinic’s environment and service were both excellent. The staff were very polite, and the interpreters were courteous and friendly too. It really felt worth the money, whether for the treatments themselves or the emotional value. Highly recommended.

After check-in, you first fill out a simple questionnaire about your physical condition. Then staff member A guides you to the cleansing and makeup-removal area and helps you store your bag. Next comes a skin analysis, and based on the results plus your needs and budget, you choose the most suitable plan, then the procedure begins.

I chose Thermage FLX + ReO2, which was double my original budget (hopefully beauty is worth it too). The procedure process only started after I paid by card.
Another aesthetician, B, then took me up to the 8th-floor VIP level to a private room, where I waited after numbing cream was applied.

After about 20 minutes, the aesthetician opened a brand-new Thermage FLX tip package right in front of me. I did 600 shots for the full face, so it was the purple one. The QR-code label is peeled off and stuck onto a small, delicate certificate for you to keep.

During the procedure, Doctor C (apparently the clinic director) operated the device. Interpreter D translated as the director marked my face and explained the steps, and told me to raise my hand if it hurt. The whole thing was probably about 15 to 20 minutes, I’m not totally sure, I was busy battling my pain nerves. After it ended, I tidied up a bit and got ready for the next round.
Downstairs, aesthetician B handed me back to interpreter A, who took me into the consultation room. At this point, aesthetician E took my before photos. Then I sat down, and Doctor F explained the procedure (with interpreter A translating next to me). Next, they injected local anesthetic into my face, about 3 to 4 shots. My eyelids started getting hard to keep open, and then we started. The process should have been under 10 minutes. Right after that, they took after photos.

And that wrapped up this round.
My appointment was at 3 pm, and everything finished around 6 pm. I think the consultation and the waiting time for the numbing cream took longer, the actual procedures themselves were fine.
Now I’m waiting for the glow-up to arrive.
