Annyeonghaseyo! 🤍 I'm Natsu, in my third year living in Korea! 🐱

Enjoy cherry blossoms in Korea this spring! The place we came to is here, E-World in Daegu 🌸

Daegu might be the hometown of some famous idol members, so many of you may be curious about it! 🤍 (It's actually known in Korea as a place with lots of beautiful women and handsome men, too 🫣🫣 haha)

This time I hope I can share some of Daegu’s charm with you 🍏ྀི

Daegu is actually famous as a cherry blossom spot, and especially E-World is packed with cherry blossom avenues inside the amusement park and lots of photo-worthy spots, making it super popular among Koreans! 🤍 The cherry blossoms fade quickly, but I made this blog to share even a little of them with you! 🫧ྀི

This time, based on my actual visit, I'll share the highlights, how to get there, and the food scene✨

🎡 What is E-World like?

⬆️E-World's character🧸❤️

E-World is a theme park that represents Daegu, a popular spot where you can enjoy not only attractions but also seasonal scenery✨

Especially in spring the cherry blossoms are famous, blooming all around the park, creating a vibe like a 'cherry blossom amusement park' 🌸

And inside the park is Daegu's landmark

There’s also the 83 Tower, and it looks stunning when you take photos with the cherry blossoms!

It's lovely during the day, and at night the lights create a romantic atmosphere, so if you have time I recommend staying until after dark 🌙

When viewing cherry blossoms at E-World, here are some other recommended spots I personally visited and loved 👇

✔️ Sakura Terrace

Pink set in front of the cherry blossom-lined avenue 🤍

So cute 🩷ྀི It really photographs well, so please take lots of pictures 😍

✔️ Car × Cherry Blossoms

✔️ Red Bus Photo Spot

There was also the Red Bus Photo Spot you often see on social media ❤️

This is a popular spot where many people line up to take photos, and you can get cute, Korea-style shots!

Even just sitting for a photo, or standing with the bus in the background, your shots will instantly pop 📷✨

Because there are so many cherry blossoms in bloom, the petals blowing in the wind are abundant, so filming a video is highly recommended 🤍ྀི🤍ྀི

I can't show you the video, but I made such an amazing memory that it's a shame I can't—truly the best time 🫧ྀི

🚄 How to get there (from Seoul)

Daegu is easier to get to from Seoul than you might think ❤️!

✔️ If using KTX

Take the KTX to Dongdaegu Station 🚄

The trip takes about 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours!

It’s not that far, so a day trip is possible 🍏ྀི

✔️ From Dongdaegu Station to E-World

• Taxi: about 20 minutes

• Accessible by subway plus a short walk

I went by car, but for reference, this is what it looks like if you take KTX 🚗

If you’re driving, don’t worry, the parking lot is super spacious!

(The parking lot lined with cherry trees is also a recommended spot 🤍 From the moment you enter, it feels like a different world,)

It was peak cherry blossom season so I went prepared for crowds, but even on the weekend it wasn’t overly packed, which was fantastic! I think that’s one advantage compared to Seoul 👽ྀི lol

And of course, trips need food, right?! 🤍 (Is it just me...? lol)

🍴 Daegu cuisine, Makchang, is a must-try!

When it comes to Daegu, Makchang is also famous, right? 🤤

Makchang is a type of grilled offal! I tried it this time, and its chewy, crunchy texture is addictive, pairing perfectly with drinks 🍻
