Actually, I already have eyebrows, but I wanted them to look more refined. Last year I started researching powder/ombre brows salons in Taiwan, and found that the styles I liked were mostly not cheap, plus I was really afraid of accidentally ending up with Crayon Shin-chan-style brows, so I kept putting it off 😅
Later, while getting ready for my trip to Korea, I happened to see a studio whose work matched exactly the eyebrow shape I liked, and I decided right then: okay, this time in Korea I’m definitely going to try powder/ombre brows for the first time!
After getting the ombré brows done, I really loved them, they saved me so much time every morning, and when I went shopping after I got back to Taiwan, a shop assistant even asked where I got my brows done 🤭
My first powder/ombre brows lasted about nine months, so it was about time to get them done again, and since I was in Korea this trip, of course I scheduled another session 😁😁

Because this stay was different from my first one, I looked again🔍 for shops and styles I liked to make the itinerary easier. For an INFJ, if eyebrow results aren’t what you like, it really sticks with you, every time you see your reflection it bugs you😅
So I was very careful when choosing a shop, not only reading reviews but also closely checking the shop's Instagram finished photos, and only after confirming from multiple sources did I dare to book. To be honest, the powder/ombre brows appointment was the one I spent the most time deciding on in all my plans 😆
Finally I booked FLOTIZ, choosing the hybrid brows + permanent eyeliner option. After picking it and seeing the eyeliner option, I thought since I was going anyway, I might as well do both at once! That way I can sleep an extra 10–15 minutes each morning, and always look refreshed ✨
Most importantly, even if I oversleep and run late for work, I can just put on a tinted moisturizer / no-makeup cream and head out, without worrying about a coworker asking, 'Why aren't you wearing makeup today?' Just thinking about that makes me so happy 🤭

The shop's atmosphere was very cozy, and sunlight happened to stream in during the procedure / treatment, so the whole experience felt very relaxed and comfortable.
Before the procedure / treatment begins, the artist/technician will first ask about our preferences, then discuss the suitable eyebrow shape and permanent eyeliner design.
During the eyebrow shaping process, the artist/technician was really careful and cautious, even more concerned about my eyebrows and permanent eyeliner than I was, which made me feel very reassured.

During the design process we constantly check for any areas that need adjusting, and even very small changes can be requested, the artist/technician will patiently make adjustments until both sides are satisfied.
After the procedure / treatment, the artist/technician will also explain the aftercare in detail, and prepare small tools for care, and if you have any questions afterward you can ask the artist/technician, so there’s no need to worry about the process at all.

The results really made me love it so much, I even forgot about the mild itchiness discomfort during the healing period 😂
But if you're getting powder/ombre brows and permanent eyeliner done together, plan for about 3 hours, and if you have other plans, make sure to leave extra time!
Although this shop doesn’t offer Chinese translations, the artist/technician uses translation apps and is very careful and attentive, so communication was never an issue and felt completely reassuring.
I picked a place so late that I only made the booking the day before my trip, I was really worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment 😅
Luckily Creatrip will help confirm the time with the shop, and if the original slot doesn’t work they’ll quickly notify you to adjust it, which is very convenient, but I still recommend making a booking / reservation early, otherwise you’ll be as nervous as I was 🤣

I honestly think using Creatrip for booking is really convenient, you can plan your itinerary before traveling and feel more at ease while on your trip. Payments aren’t counted as overseas transactions, so you save the 1.5% fee, and with a VIP membership you get discounts and coupons. It saves time, effort, and money, and you also get lots of Korea travel tips, which is a big plus 🌹
