Winter Wandering in Korea 🇰🇷

Korea surprised me in the best ways.
I met people from different countries who quickly turned into travel companions. We welcomed the New Year roaming the city, bar hopping through glowing streets, counting down with strangers who felt like friends.

Some nights were spent in neon-lit arcades, laughing over games and forgetting the cold outside. Other days were colder—like Learning snowboarding at Vivaldi Ski Resort was humbling. Snow everywhere. Confidence nowhere. I fell more times than I can count, but every fall came with cheers, tips from strangers, and that unbeatable feeling of finally gliding—even if just for a few seconds. Cold hands, tired legs, and a heart that felt incredibly full.

Not all adventures are planned. On Inwangsan, I got lost before reaching the top. No clear path(didn't check the map 🫠), just quiet trees and my own thoughts. For a moment, panic crept in. Then calm followed. I found my way eventually—and the view waiting for me felt earned. Sometimes getting lost is part of finding yourself and became one of my favorite memories.

Korea taught me that travel isn’t about perfect plans—it’s about moments, people, and the stories you bring home. ✨
I arrived as a visitor.
I left with memories that feel like home.
