When I attended the Creatrip medical and eye-care seminar in Taichung for the first time, I walked in with a mix of curiosity and nervousness. I had always wanted to try aesthetic treatments in Korea, but the information online was scattered, confusing, and often inconsistent. I wasn’t sure about the actual procedures, pricing, or what to expect, and I was also worried about choosing the wrong clinic. The seminar felt like a perfect chance to finally understand everything properly. The consultants were very friendly and began by asking about the areas I wanted to improve. They then explained different treatments in detail, including their effects, recovery periods, and suitability, without applying any pressure or trying to sell additional services. By the end of the session, I felt much more confident about going to Korea, especially since this year was the final year for Korea’s medical tax refund.
Later, I scheduled my appointment at Abijou Clinic in Myeongdong through Creatrip. When I arrived in Seoul, the clinic provided an even more detailed consultation. They examined my skin carefully, discussed treatment options, and explained aftercare instructions. Both the director and the Chinese-speaking coordinator were incredibly patient and kind. They never pushed unnecessary treatments and always made sure my expectations were realistic. On the day of the treatment, everything went smoothly—from check-in and payment to being escorted to the treatment room. There was always someone assisting me, and I never felt lost or rushed. Although Korean clinics usually operate at a fast pace, the atmosphere at Abijou felt professional and reassuring.
One thing I really appreciated was Creatrip’s customer service. My schedule changed unexpectedly, and I needed to adjust my appointment date. Creatrip handled all changes through email, and their responses were surprisingly quick. I didn’t need to contact the clinic myself, which saved me a lot of stress and made the whole experience easier.
Overall, from the seminar in Taichung to the consultation and treatment in Seoul, and even the follow-up scheduling support, the entire process felt smooth, transparent, and very well taken care of. For someone experiencing Korean medical aesthetics for the first time, this level of support made a huge difference. I would confidently recommend this experience to anyone considering getting medical treatments in Korea.
