Last week was especially fulfilling — a small milestone in life, I suppose! I have always worn thick glasses and found them inconvenient and unattractive, and I kept thinking about whether one day I could take them off and enjoy clear vision. In Taiwan, the cost of laser eye surgery is just too expensive, which made me hesitate. The next morning when I woke up, I couldn't wait to open my eyes and was surprised to find my vision had already returned to 20/20! It was simply amazing!
