The perfect post-ski meal in Korea: Hongdae's chubby pork jowl all-you-can-eat BBQ π°π·βοΈπ₯
During our few days skiing in Korea, we had a great time every day. After a full schedule, everyone agreed to treat ourselves to a hearty Korean BBQ. Since our group included eight adults and eight children, we were a bit worried about finding a restaurant that could accommodate so many people. Thatβs when we found Pang Pang Pork Jowl (located near Hongdae) on Creatrip. The photos and reviews looked great, so we immediately decided to book through Creatrip. The whole reservation process was quick and convenient, requiring no phone calls and saving us a lot of time.
When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff greeted us warmly and were especially friendly to the children. Even more pleasantly surprising, they thoughtfully opened the basement dining area for us so our whole group could have a private meal; the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, which was really considerate for a large group like ours.

This all-you-can-eat barbecue restaurant is highly recommended! The meat is fresh and juicy, cut to the perfect thickness, and each slice grills up aromatic. The side dishes are also very plentiful β from kimchi and pickled radish to lettuce and sauces, everything is unlimited refills. Every banchan is flavorful and appetite-whetting; enjoyed with the barbecue, the taste is elevated even more. Even usually picky kids eat heartily, constantly grabbing meat, which makes the adults happy to watch.

The whole restaurant had a very cozy atmosphere. The staff frequently helped grill the meat, add dishes, and refill drinks without being asked, and their service was friendly and attentive. Our group couldnβt stop praising this place, and we also found the location near Hongdae very convenient β after eating we could take a walk nearby to digest.

This dinner became one of the most memorable experiences of our Seoul trip. After skiing, being able to gather around a grill in a warm restaurant and feast was the perfect ending. Thanks to Creatrip, we were able to make the reservation easily and enjoy such a wonderful dining experience.
If you're planning to bring family or friends to Korea and are looking for a Korean BBQ restaurant that can accommodate large groups and has a great atmosphere, then the all-you-can-eat Honkdae Ppangppang Pork Cheek is definitely worth a try! Next time we come to Korea, we'll definitely use Creatrip to arrange our itinerary and make reservations again!
