This time it's about a 2-hour KTX ride from Seoul
I stayed for two nights and three days in a place called 'Kanlun'!
This place has beautiful sea and was also used for filming the Korean drama 'Goblin' and BTS music videosβ¨

The first thing that appeared was
This is Kanlun's popular tourist spot, the 'Daguanying Sheep Ranch' π
On a ranch where about 300 sheep are being grazed,
It feels just like being in Europeβͺ

You can even see it this close!
The eyes are big and cute ππ

You can also try feeding them β¨π
You can interact with many sheep like this!

Because I was tired from walking,
Next, we're going to go eat lunch!
Today I looked into 'makkuksu,' a buckwheat-noodle dish famous as a local specialty of Gangwon Province β¨
Please see the shop information below!

I tried it for the first time — the toasty aroma of sesame and buckwheat flour and the light, refreshing taste were exactly what I like π₯Ίπ I want to eat it again every time I think about it…

If you visit Kanlun, be sure to try the makguksu!
After that I went to the famous market called 'ChΕ«Ε Ichiba', but even though I had just eaten I gave in to the temptation
I ended up buying a cheese croquette… haha

But when I'm traveling, I eat what I want!
It's already been decided, so there's no problem…π«’
The crispy coating revealed gooey cheese and it was really delicious π§

After that we drove through the city of Kanlun in style π£οΈ The evening sky was so beautiful π

We came tonight to eat Korean sashimi for dinner!
I'm trying sashimi in Korea for the first time, so I'm really excited π
This time I chose 'Chumunjin Faro Fish Center,' where you can enjoy delicious sashimi at great value!

This place has a lively atmosphere with various shops lined up!
We also went into one of those places and ordered a mixed platter this timeβͺ
The first thing that surprised me was the amount of extra side dishes they brought out π«’ I ordered a seafood platter, but one after another they kept bringing an unbelievable amount of extras — I was shocked! lol
Even services like sea squirts π₯Ή

The main sashimi is 'flounder'!
In Japan you eat it with soy sauce, but in Korea it was completely different and refreshing and very delicious — they eat it with a sauce made by mixing garlic and a sweet-and-sour sauce called chojang, or wrapped in lettuce like ssam.

For the final course there was even a seafood stew called maeuntang!
I ate my fill and was completely satisfiedβͺ

We came to eat the famous 'tofu gelato' from Kanlun for dessert! π
I thought it would taste like tofu…? But it had a light vanilla-like flavor and was my type! β¨

It was a day of eating and eating and eating nonstop,
I was extremely satisfied on the first dayβ¨β¨
See you on the next blog!
