Snoopy Place in Seoul

I want to share a little bit of a hidden gem, or at least I feel like it is one. In that place, there were only Koreans and even menu was in Korean only (they did have it printed in English, but the worker had to hand me one), therefore it feels less touristy, and I really love places like that. I felt like I got a small glimpse into local life rather than just another spot made for foreigners, and that made the experience special for me.
As a Snoopy lover, I have visited the Snoopy Cafe in Busan and plan on visiting Snoopy Garden in Jeju. But I was so happy to find out that there is a place like that in Seoul too!
It is called Snoopy Place, located in Shinsegae Mall on the 10th floor. It is a small place, but very adorable. It is designed beautifully – I literally spent a few minutes just looking around and taking photos of the little details, because everything felt so cozy and charming.

There is a gift shop with a lot of cute Peanuts merch, but a little pricey. I have purchased a postcard set, and I was really happy with that because I love collecting little things like postcards from special places. I also spent a good amount of time just browsing through the items, even if I couldn’t buy them all - it felt like walking through a mini Snoopy museum.
The staff is also extremely sweet and kind. The lady helped me with every question I had and even smiled warmly when I struggled with ordering, which instantly made me feel more comfortable. I have ordered a hot vanilla latte and earl grey cake. It was really good, although I cared about looks the most, and they did not disappoint! The plate and mug were very adorable - I actually felt a little sad to finish my drink because it looked so cute.
I enjoyed my time there and I feel like all The Peanuts fans should give it a go. It might be a good idea to go with a child, since that mall’s floor is dedicated to kids stores. I personally have been alone, which was a nice, calm experience for me, but I also have seen a couple there enjoying it together, so I believe it will be a great experience for everyone! If you love Snoopy or just want to relax in a sweet, themed café, this place is definitely worth checking out.
