The Yummiest Food in Seoul

As someone who has spent a month in Korea a year and two ago, I would like to write about my food recommendations! Treat it as a sort of guide.
The first one, which is not a particular place, but something that can be found all around Seoul, is Food Cafes. They are called "Gimbap Cheongug", my particular favorite is Sinchon branch. The magic about those places is that they offer a solid variety of Korean dishes, but they all taste extremely delicious. What I would usually order is Tuna Kimbap (literal heaven) or Bulgogi soup (my another favorite of all times - its just SO delicious, I eat everything even when my stomach is about to explode). There is of course unlimited kimchi and pickled raddish (which I am obsessed with! Everyone who likes pickled food, such as pickles, has to give it a try). And the cherry on top is that... those meals are extremely cheap. They are just everything at once - so delectable yet low price. I have paid around 3,000-4,000 KRW for my kimbap roll, which I wasn’t even able to finish fully, it was so big for me! It is wonderful to fill your stomach up with amazing Korean food for so little. Additionally, the owner was so kind, she gifted me a grape juice with it. Can’t get more perfect than that, can it?
These cafes are an absolute must for dinner!

My second recommendation which has lasted as a great memory is Annyeong Kuma. I went there alone, but most people were couples or groups. It is a place with shabu shabu, where soup jelly is teddy shaped! And it melts in front of you, turning into a yummy soup T.T Not only it looks wonderful, but it was also extremely delicious. There were three colors (flavors) of teddies and I have picked the white one. The meat was particularly delicious! I enjoyed the experience of cooking my own food, and putting all the ingredients I liked into the pot. It is a perfect place for solo date, romantic date and friends hangout! I loved it and I highly recommend visiting.

My third recommendation is a place where my Korean friends took me, telling me it was popular among Koreans. It is called "New Order Club" and it is located only 10 min by foot from Hongik University Station. The place has Western vibes and their pizza is of American type. That might sound crazy but as someone who has tried many great pizzas in life, even in Italy multiple times… I consider that pizza the best one I have ever had. It was just so extremely delicious and fancy. Half of it was topped with mac & cheese, the other with fries. I don’t know what sort of magic they used on it, but it’s just wonderful. It’s an amazing switch from eating Korean food everyday. I enjoyed it so very much, I cannot wait to go there again soon. The place is rather loud, better for hangout with friends than a date.

To conclude, these are the most memorable meals I have had in Seoul and I highly recommend trying - since I am coming back in less than two weeks, I am most definitely gonna revisit all of those places :)
