I went to TXTβs live show!

In March 2025, I traveled to South Korea. My purpose was to attend a concert by the popular Korean K-POP group 'TOMORROW X TOGETHER (commonly known as TXT).' Ever since I was deeply moved by their music, it had been my dream to go to their concert, so this trip was very special to me as my dream finally came true.
This time, I borrowed the s24 ultra. At first, I was a bit confused about how to use it, but I learned how thanks to some local Japanese people! It definitely takes better pictures than the iPhone, but the photos come out a bit darker overall, so that's where I get to show off my skills... Next, I'm thinking about borrowing the s23 ultra.

First of all, the concert was held at a new venue called 'Inspire Arena,' which is located near Incheon International Airport. Since it was newly built, I had high expectations, but when I actually went there, I was a bit surprised by how inconvenient the location was. Even though it's right next to the airport, it's quite far from downtown Seoul, and there were days when it took well over an hour to get back to my hotel after the concert. Especially late at night, transportation options were limited, which was quite tough when I was already exhausted.
Since the live show was in March, the weather was very cold, and even though I thought I had dressed warmly, I was still shivering. Because advance check-in was required before the concert, I couldn't be away from the venue for long, so I didn't have much time to go sightseeing or do other activities, which was a bit disappointing. Since I had come all the way to Korea, I wanted to enjoy walking around the city, visiting cafes, going to museums, and shopping, but this time the schedule was focused on the live show, so I didn't have time to enjoy those things.
Even so, TXT’s concert was truly amazing. The performance, production, the sense of unity with the fans, the members’ talk and expressions…everything left a lasting impression on me. Seeing them in person was so much more captivating than any video or photo, and I was moved to tears by the passion and feelings that came through their singing and dancing. The entire venue was enveloped in TXT’s unique world, and it felt like a dream. I truly thought, “I definitely want to see them again.”
Other than the concerts, one of the things I enjoyed most during the trip was eating meals. On days without concerts, I had a bit more free time, so I went out to try all sorts of dishes unique to Korea. What stands out in my memory the most are the cheese dakgalbi I had at a small restaurant in Hongdae, and the grilled Korean beef I ate in Myeongdong. Both were authentic flavors that are hard to experience in Japan, and I still can’t forget the aroma and sounds of the food, or the excitement I felt with the first bite. The restaurant staff were also very kind, and even though my Korean isn’t very good, they welcomed me with a smile, which made me really happy.
Also, in Korea, where café culture is highly developed, there were many stylish cafés everywhere I went, and taking photos was one of the things I enjoyed. There were plenty of Instagrammable spots, like cafés with cute latte art or limited-time cafés collaborating with K-POP idols, and taking pictures with friends and having fun is a great memory. I couldn't visit that many this time, but next time I go, I’d like to take a trip mainly focused on visiting cafés.
On this trip, since Tuba’s live show was the main event, there weren't many sightseeing activities and the schedule was rather tough, but even so, it was an experience that truly made me think, 'I'm glad I went!' There were also a lot of things I realized after actually visiting. First, regarding access to the live venue and nearby accommodations, I felt it would be great if they became a little more convenient in the future. Having to travel long distances after the show can be a big physical and mental burden for fans. Especially during the colder months, you have to be careful about managing your health.
That being said, experiencing the atmosphere of the streets in Korea, the warmth of the people, the delicious food, and above all, being able to see the performances of the TXT members gave me so much energy. Looking back now, even the difficult moments are all special memories. Troubles and inconveniences during the trip have also become stories I can laugh about when I remember them later.
Next time I go to Korea, I want to enjoy sightseeing, shopping, and gourmet food at a more relaxed pace. And if I have another chance to attend Tuba's live concert someday, I’d like to make the trip more comfortable and enjoyable by considering the venue and season.
On this trip, I once again realized just how important and special 'a journey to see what I love' is to me. Even though I got tired and it was cold, I can say with confidence that 'it was the best trip ever.' I’m really glad I got to see TXT. And this trip made me strongly feel that I want to keep living a life where I fully enjoy the things I love.
