I went to my fave’s hometown, Busan, from 8/31 to 9/1. From Fukuoka Airport, I arrived in about 30 minutes, then exchanged money at Money Box Gimhae Branch using a Creatrip coupon with no exchange fee.
I took the Busan Gimhae Light Rail Transit, transferred at Sasang Station (transfer ①), then took Subway Line 2 to Seomyeon Station, transferred to Line 1 (transfer ②), and headed to Busan Station. I stayed at Ramada Encore Hotel near the station. Since it was before check-in, I left my luggage and headed out sightseeing!
Before that, my friend made a WOWPASS in the Ramada Encore Hotel lobby. I went up to the 2nd floor of Busan Station to replace my worn-out NAMANE Card with a new one.
Once everything was sorted, we first went to my fave’s birthday cafe.

My first meal in Busan was here, I tried Busan’s famous fish cake. It was delicious 😊
Right after that, we went to Bonjeon Gukbap just behind it and had dwaeji gukbap and sundae gukbap 🙏

We got to the gukbap place a little after 1 p.m., and it was only Korean customers, maybe it’s popular with locals? We waited about 20 to 30 minutes. It was seriously so good. Thank you for the meal.
With full stomachs, we headed to Huinnyeoul Culture Village from the bus stop in front of Busan Station, browsed seaside little shops, and at a cafe we had an iced Americano and patbingsu.

After that, we went to Jagalchi Market to eat sannakji.

We went back to the hotel to check in and take a short break, then headed toward Gwangalli.

A kind ajumma grilled it deliciously for us.
After a walk along the beach to help digest, we went to a bar my fave had visited, had plenty to drink, and then returned to the hotel.

Before the date changed, we bought my fave’s birthday cake 🎂 at Paris Baguette, celebrated at the hotel, and that was the end of Day 1.
