The biggest advantage is that it is cheap and clean. There is a washing machine so you can do laundry, which is even better for long-term guests on business trips. E-Mart 24 is on the first floor and operates unmanned even at night, and a spacious coffee shop (Baekdabang) is directly connected to the lobby.

It is clean and located within the innovative city, so accessibility is very good. The underground parking lot was also spacious.

It's comfortable with a high ceiling and attic, and it's nice to be able to do laundry because it's a residence, but you can't cook because you can't use the induction stove. The refrigerator is large and there is a styler, so there is no accommodation better than this place for the price when traveling on a business trip to Naju.
