Beautiful modern designed room, clean, but the bedding is not very comfy as the fabric is a bit rough. Next to the coast. Downside is there is no frequent bus to get to other locations. The reception working time is from 7am to 11pm5

Excellent for the Price
The price and location are exceptional. There is no restaurant or fitness facilities at the hotel. However, there restaurants and cafe's within a 5 minute walk and it's literally across from the ocean. Also, only a 10 minute taxi ride from the Airport.4

Ok for a one night sleep.
Close to airport, but in no case by foot.
Definitely need to take a taxi. If you don't find one on Uber and you don't have the local app, ask someone from Nice to CU to help you.3

Building generally feels old with chipped walls, especially the bathroom. That said, for the price I think the location is good near the airport. The building isn’t oceanfront though, so don’t expect ocean views. There is no hotel provided airport shuttle, so be prepared to hail a cab.3

Super basic room which didn’t have air conditioning unless during summer periods. Good for the price and location though
