Booked in this hotel at the last minute, due to an unexpected event during our route, after finishing the Jirisan Trekking. Of all the hotels I stayed in during my visit to Korea, I can say that this is the best. The stars it has, in my opinion, are few, and it really deserves more. The room was spotless, well ventilated and with lots of light and a beautiful view. Very soft slippers. I find the shower separated from the toilet area brilliant. Again, only booked due to travel unexpected, but when I return to Korea I will spend more time in Jinju and will stay in this hotel again for sure. Thanks also go to the staff.

A young male receptionist was there in the evening was really rude. He was irritated with me because I wasn't using card to pay for the hotel but using cash, I was thinking in my mind - what's the problem? From the beginning when I came I greeted nicely and politely and wasn't even giving him a hard time or anything??? But his attitude just sucks. He couldn't speak any English it was fine because I can still speak some Korean, but he also even not trying to help because I don't know how to use the heating system. Quite disappointed. Other than that the room itself is good
