Hotel Avenue holds a special place in my heart. I have spent a month in its rooms off and on, and I am heading back. The location, at first glance, seems out of the way, but quickly becomes obvious it is better located than any other hotel! Lotte and Emart are a quick walk. the part of is amazing, the museum is great, and on the other side of the park is Changwons newest, hippest, eating and hangout area. Staff is courteous and friendly. Last but not least, their is a starbucks that opens early right next door!

Business hotel across from Yongji Lake. East access to eateries and shopping. Short 10min walk to cafe row and Lotte Department Store. Staff is friendly and hotel is quiet.

This hotel is located in front of a park with a large pond. The room was very modern and clean. I’m very satisfied. I chose a Korean style breakfast which fit to my taste. The only complaint was a machine in the toilet didn’t work in the way I ask. It’s not the hotel’s fault.

A nice hotel in a quiet area close to a lake and a park. You can go jogging around the lake, practice massage of the feet thanks to special construction of the road. There is even a shower for the feet at the exit and a map of the massage points on the foot. Very original. The personnel is very friendly and hospitable. There's a kettle in the room and tea/coffea. A very strong 3.

This is a great hotel. I stayed for 7+ weeks (May-July 2015). Compact hotel in heart of Changwon with a 'Lake attached'. Close to many restaurants and shops. Great house keeping and very courteous and obliging hotel staff. The breakfast at Cubers's grill(2F) is freshly prepared and can be enjoyed with a the lake view. Highly recommend.
