Very nice hotel , clean and everything on the spot. Huge food variety for breakfast. Excellent location in the town center close to restaurants and malls. Only down I could spot reception guys do not speak English well similar to almost every where in Ulsan.5

Clean rooms with fantastic amenities located right next to the Lotte Department Store. Some rooms have a beautiful view looking out onto the ferris wheel.5

Really enjoyed my two night stay in this hotel. Room was modern and very clean with a beautiful view to the twin. The hotel staff are very polite and respectful.5

I like the room, the cleanliness is wonderful, and the view of the city is great.
The staff are courteous and helpful, speaking excellent English.
However, if you are a vegetarian or vegan and have decided to stay the night in or work extended hours, you have absolutely no chance of having ANY food delivered to your room. The limited room service selection offers no vegetarian nor vegan food. Nothing. Not even a simple fruit plate or salad. For a foreigner who finds it difficult to negotiate the language outside the hotel, and relying on the help of the hotel services, this is unacceptable.
It's even harder for business guests - going out after long day at work and hunting for food sometimes feels like a chore.
Having stayed in two Lotte hotels during my business trips so far, I will avoid the chain from now on.
Although, I am happy with the rest of the services and the room, the hotel doesn't support even my simplest dietary needs.
